Ron Art
Hello Creatives! Let's hear from you: ronconnors.com@gmail.com
Looking for a few good folks....Maybe a lot of good folks.
Opening an art gallery and publishing a book?? Who does that? You! It is a process and a wonderful ride. Perhaps it is not for everyone but it is for you! If you are looking at this page it is because you want more out of life. What is more? More is what you make it. Want more time for yourself? Make more is more time for loved ones. Want more time to create, create more time. There is a formula...
Hey! That's backwards!
Yes! It is! How can you fail when you succeed? Publishing this book has been a constant battle with failures and successes! Everyone thinks they want success but success comes with ... a lot of work. The expression, the reward for good work is more work comes to mind. It seems the more I do, the more I have to do.
And the reward is...
And, as I look out at the wisps of light from the coming sunrise and see the crescent moon and the bright star that will soon disappear, I recognize that I am in a most wonderful place...Join me.

Failed Artist
A potpourri of tales from the trenches...of life
Failed artist? How could that be? There are starvingartists, those legends who supposedly sacrifice material
well-being for the sake of art, but a “Failed Artist”? Is
this an artist at failure? A failure in art? A failure at
exhibiting all the trappings that make one appear to be an
artist? A failure at life in general who wishes to be an
artist?
Many, for whatever reason, set out to be artists but it is a
rare individual who stays the course. Good sense and
advice from well-meaning folks usually steer one away
but, without romanticizing some sort of vow to poverty,
some seek more in life than comfort and success. They
seek art.
Art isn’t for the weak at heart nor those who fail to see
failure as an option.
Failed Artist is a compilation of stories and quips from a man whose life has become an adventure in
art as he ventures through a life that is often as abstract as any of his artwork. Is it art that imitates life,

About Ron: I have been asked for some information recently. I was listening to this the other day and decided to share it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNpF0KwilMQ&t=433s
Ron Connors was born in Great Falls, Montana in the United States. His earliest influences in art were his grandfather and father who were both inclined towards creativity and art. As he grew, he became very fond of many artists particularly, Charles M. Russell, the great cowboy artist, Salvador Dali, Vincent Van Gogh and Picasso.
His travels, mostly on a motorcycle have influenced his art tremendously. The vivid colors of nature and the blurred sensation of objects at speed fascinate him. He loves to express the feeling he has flying into the wind in his works. He attributes the diversity in his work to the fact that “all things occur at their own speed”.
Ron has said that, “I don’t paint to fill a space on a wall but rather to fill a space in a soul.” He believes that people who join his audience by acquiring his paintings become soul mates as they have something they will share for eternity.
